CDL DRIVERS (Full Time and Part Time, All Islands)
We are looking for full and part time drivers on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona, and Hilo. Qualified applicants should be 21 years of age or older, be a permanent resident of the state of Hawaii, have a current CDL A or B driver license with passenger and airbrake endorsements, have a clean driver history record and criminal abstract. Polynesian Adventure Tours will train you to get your CDL license if you otherwise qualify.

RESERVATIONS AGENT (Oahu) Energetic and outgoing Reservationists are needed, with the ability to maximize the sale on every call. You will assist tourists and agents plan a vacation of a lifetime by helping them reserve one or more of our quality bus tours. Qualified applicants should have professional telephone skills, outstanding customer service and organizational skills, be computer literate, and have a positive attitude.

BASE DISPATCHER (Oahu, Maui) Full time positions available to guide our drivers and track all bus movement to ensure timely delivery of service. Other duties include preparing paperwork, assigning buses, solving customer service issues, and problem solving. Must have some office experience and excellent customer service skills. Variable schedule.

GROUPS SPECIALIST (Oahu) We are seeking a full time Group Specialist, a high volume position coordinating group bus transportation movements. This position is responsible for all components of multiple group movements, from inquiry to closing. In addition, the Group Specialist will follow up for future/prospective business and seek new opportunities for group business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills using Word, Excel, Gmail, good math skills, basic knowledge of the hospitality industry, and event planning desirable, ability to dispatch groups at hotels, airport, and pier, ability to work a variable schedule, weekends and evenings may be required.

FLEET ADMINISTRATOR (Oahu) Full time clerical position to support the maintenance department with completing vehicle repair orders, entering data from hand written Driver Vehicle Inspections Reports (DVIR) or Job Cards, recording parts used, maintaining vehicle records and preventative maintenance schedules, tracking registrations and safety checks, processing paperwork at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), filing, and assisting the Parts Department with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.

MECHANIC (Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hilo) We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Mechanics to assist in the inspection, service, and repair of the Company’s fleet of vehicles. They diagnose vehicle problems quickly, replace or repair faulty parts, perform routine maintenance, and restore each vehicle to its precise factory specifications. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience working in an automotive repair shop or related field. ASE/ICAR certification or Certificate of Completion from an accredited technical school is preferred. CDL B License and possession of own tools also preferred.

WASH CREW/BAG CREW (Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona) We are looking for hard working, dependable individuals to join our utility team to clean & detail our tour buses and help to load & unload luggage. Working hours vary by island.

FIELD DISPATCHER (Oahu, Maui) We are looking for individuals to join our field dispatch team. The position is on a part-time basis. Exceptional customer service skills and teamwork are also requirements for this position. Applicants must be flexible as they are expected to work shifts including early mornings and late evenings, weekends and holidays.
