BODY SHOP HELPER (full-time OAHU)
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Body Shop Helper in Oahu to assist in cleaning and refurbishing damaged company vehicles, and work on minor body repairs and adjustments by using hand tools, power tools, and specification manuals. They also assist in replacing glass windows, cleans exterior body and windows, repairing vehicle upholstery, floors, and coverings, and prep/clean body parts for spray and paint detail. Two years of general labor experience is required. One year of experience in a body shop or vehicle repair field preferred.
WASH CREW (part-time MAUI)
Our Wash Crew is tasked with maintaining a high standard of quality of cleanliness and appearance for our fleet of vehicles. Applicants must be flexible and dependable as shifts are in the evenings, and include weekends and holidays.
FIELD DISPATCHER (part-time MAUI)
Polynesian Adventure Tours is looking for quality individuals to join our field dispatch team. These positions are on a part-time basis. Applicants must be able to pass federal background security checks to access airport and harbor facilities. Strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment are essential. Exceptional customer service skills and teamwork are also requirements for this position. Applicants must be flexible as they are expected to work less than 20 hours a week in which shifts include early mornings and late evenings, weekends and holidays.
STATION MANAGER (full-time KONA)
Polynesian Adventure Tours is seeking a strong detail-oriented and organized individual to lead our Kona Station operations. This position directly oversees the station operations which includes (but is not limited to): dispatching, staffing and scheduling, fleet coordination, employee relations, payroll, and budget preparation. They will also ensure that all fleet-related risk and safety requirements are met in a timely manner. At least five (5) years of customer service or related tourism/travel experience is required. Two years of supervisory, training, or managerial experience is also required.
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (full-time OAHU)
Polynesian Adventure Tours is looking for qualified individual with a successful track record of organizational growth, proven leadership and customer service skills to become our Quality Control Manager. The Quality Control Manager will maintain and improve product quality by conducting training classes and collaborating with management to ensure first class products and services. The Quality Control Manager will develop workbooks, presentation materials, and manuals that will aid in the training, retention, and dissemination of job skills. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Development, or a relatable field of study; OR six (6) years of experience in training, customer service management, quality assurance or control, or other management positions may be substituted for education. Specialized training may also be considered. Four (4) years of experience in training and developing, quality control, or related fields required. Within such experience, at least two years of organizational development, training, or managerial experience is preferred; OR any combination of progressive experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities has been achieved.
DRIVER (part-time Maui, Kauai, Kona, and Hilo)
Polynesian Adventure Tours is looking for part time drivers on Maui, Kauai, Kona, and Hilo. Qualified applicants should be 21 years of age or older, be a permanent resident of the stat of Hawaii, have a current CDL A or B driver license with passenger and airbrake endorsements, have a clean driver’s abstract and driver history record. Polynesian Adventure Tours will train you to get your CDL license if you otherwise qualify.
